Mental Attitude: Dementia Cost! Caring for people with dementia costs $157 billion a year in the United States (US) — higher than the costs of treating heart disease ($102 billion) and cancer ($77 billion). 75-84% of dementia costs are for nursing home care and care at home. 14.7% of people in the US aged 71+ years are affected by dementia. New England Journal of Medicine, April 2013

I can’t think of anything more scary (or more heart breaking to your family!!) than to lose yourself to dementia. That alone should be enough to motivate us to adopt every healthy habit possible to decrease the likelihood of developing this tragic disease!!  TODAY, focus on eating raw veggies (JUICING is a GREAT way to saturate your body with lots of wholesome nutrients), ample clean water, regular exercise (including interval cardio and weights), regular chiropractic adjustments, quality sleep and decreasing stress.  Here’s to living well…for a lifetime!!

Hey!

 Quick note on our week.  We just switched to block scheduling and we couldn’t be happier.  Starting off at 2 patients every 15 minutes with the knowledge we can do more.  We had 242 appointments this week, which is about 30 over our average!  Pretty sweet!  Block scheduling makes it easy…no excuses….if there is an opening FILL IT!  Good times!

The Maker of all human beings (GOD) is recalling all units manufactured, regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary and central component of the heart.  This is due to a malfunction in the original prototype units, code named: Adam and Eve, resulting in the reproduction of the same defect in all subsequent units.

This defect has been identified as “Sub-sequential Internal Non-morality”, more commonly known as S.I.S, as it is primarily expressed.  Some of the S.I.N. symptoms include:

The number to call for repair in all areas is: P-R-A-Y-E-R.  Once connected, please upload your burden of SIN through the REPENTANCE procedure.  Next, download ATONEMENT from the Repair Technician, Jesus, into the heart component.  No matter how big or small the SIN defect is, Jesus will replace it with:

1. Love
2. Joy
3. Peace
4. Patience
5. Kindness
6. Goodness
7. Faithfulness
8. Gentleness
9. Self Control

Chiropractic: Neck Pain Relief! 75% of adult North Americans deal with neck pain at some point in their lives. In a study comparing spinal manipulation therapy (SMT) and prescription medication as treatment options, researchers concluded that SMT was more effective both in the short and long-term. At the end of 12 weeks, 57% of participants in the SMT group reported at least a 75% reduction in pain, while only 33% of the medication group had similar results. One year later, patients in the chiropractic group were still experiencing benefits, as 53% still saw at least a 75% reduction in pain. Annals of Internal Medicine, January 2012

This is just one of THOUSANDS of articles validating the EFFECTIVENESS of CHIROPRACTIC, and often showing it superior to medical care. I often feel pity for people who state that they don’t “believe” in chiropractic, despite the overwhelming scientific evidence of its’ value. Unfortunately their closed-mindedness condemns them to a life of drugs and needless suffering when there could be help for them.

“I did my BNI 10 minute on how to make the Referral Gift Packets and it tripled my referrals!! I haven’t been doing them at ALL.  Coincidentally,   while I was putting RGPs  together for another event, a PM  what I was doing.  I said “Putting my gift packets together- have you seen one?” She said, “No.”  (oops!)
