Feeling Separated?

The ego is a collection of recurring thought forms and patterns of conditioning that are heavily invested in keeping everything the SAME as it relates to oneself. Ego tries to protect and enlarge ITSELF which leads to a comparing and judgment of others, self, and circumstances. We hold on to resentments and become attached to our stories and emotions. We resist change by trying to control and by making others wrong. This perpetuates the notion of separation.
